Reputation None yet!
Weight: 80 lbs.
Age: 65 (at least that’s as much as she can count outside of Faerie)
“Oh! Hello!” she responded brightly in the same tongue, turning to face him and cocking her head to one side. She was shorter than the mage by maybe an inch, dressed in an overabundance of green skirts and unnecessary bangles. A giant-brimmed straw hat sat ever-so-loosely on her head, and tiny wisps of blonde hair were beginning to escape the long braid hanging down her back.
Nyleth is a bright, cheery elf of average height and weight. She keeps her blonde hair long, as that facilitates her being able to wear more jewelry, and has green eyes. She prefers green and gold clothing with elaborate embroidered patterns. She is rarely seen without her lute and her magical bag. When around others, Nyleth favors either clothing that matches the local costume, or a rather conspicuous floppy straw hat.
Nyleth has spoken very little about either her reasons for leaving Faerie or for traveling in Lavinia. It’s clear that she has been around quite a bit, as evidenced by her extensive linguistic skills, but she prefers to talk about who she met, the songs she sang, and the food she ate instead of her motives.
“Well, I dinnae ken. She seems tae like ye. Course, she seems tae like ever’body.”
Bubbly and talkative, Nyleth absolutely loves to travel. She’s been in and out of faerie so many times she scarcely notices herself slowly aging. She is a great collector of stories, poems, bawdy tavern songs (they rhyme!) and all manner of things. Never one to pass up a chance to talk to people, she’s friendly and outgoing, and truly has everyone’s best interest at heart.
Besides being a repository of lore, Nyleth is also a great gourmand. Though she might not remember how she got somewhere, she can most assuredly remember what she ate on the way.
The wizard regarded her critically. “So tactile. You are ever touching things,” he muttered. Without looking up from the cloak, she poked Moria for no good reason. “Yes. That is precisely what I intended to solicit,” he said sarcastically. His companions ignored him.
Since meeting Quinn and Ecoriel, she’s taken to heart a comment that Ecoriel made – that she carries the hope of the group. Though she seems unfocused at times, Nyleth very much wants to make her friends’ stories have happy endings, so to say.
“Nothing is ever impossible.”
