Aegis Kai Doru intel re: Aldoustown

February 2010 – After a thorough rout in Philadelphia by a combined effort of Union forces and Guardians Noir and Pulse, a group of sorcerers are believed to have moved north into New York State. Aegis cells in New York and Philadelphia are to keep aware of further developments, make occasional inquiries in Rochester, Aldoustown, Albany.
Update March 2010 – New York cell captures sorceress named Nada. She bargains for release by revealing several magical Relics. Information regarding these Relics is guarded.

October 2009 – New York cell gains unreliable information regarding ‘spiritual fonts’ in cities bordering Great Lakes. Reports do coincide with previous reports regarding Tyne Hill in Aldoustown.

March 2009 – Toronto cell with Network 0 infiltration gains reliable information regarding ‘rusting frankenstein’ living in Aldoustown sewers. No Relics noted in reports, information passed on to government sources.
Update April 2009 – Friendly contact in Valkyrie reports situation has been resolved.

September 2008 – New York cell acquires knowledge of gang warfare spreading to outlying areas. Reports as follows -

Trenton – Guarded.
Boston – Guarded. (see files marked ….)
Syracuse – Guarded.
Philadelphia – Guardian Kyrie reports increased gun violence fitting New York ‘possession’ framework. New York cell to give intel support, deal brokered with unaffiliated local Philadelphia cell to assist. Guardians Lauderdale and Kyrie to judge cell’s suitability for recruitment.
Washington – Guarded.
Aldoustown – Reports on gang warfare do not match ‘possession’ criteria. Investigation postponed until possession phenomena resolved.
Update December 2008 – Philadelphia cell travels to Aldoustown, investigates occurrences centered around Tyne Hill Historical Area. Evidence of skinwalker residence, feral charms left buried around areas with evidence of battle. Guardian Jura to remain in Aldoustown to collect more information, possibility of Relics.
Update January 2009 – Guardian Jura reports contact with woman calling herself Meforae. Meforae states Tyne Hill being home to a locus of spiritual energy (her phrasing matches both skinwalker and sorcerer terminology), and that a pack of werewolves had taken the area as their own. Mentions she had been negotiating a truce and the free sharing of Tyne Hill’s energy with werewolves. Before this could be completed, pack was destroyed by well-equipped hunter cell. Likely candidates TF:V, TCG, unknown government divisions.
Addendum – Guardian Jura reports uneasy feeling around Meforae similar to that she feels around sorcerers. Jura to remain longer, investigate if Meforae possesses any meaningful Relics and design acquisition scenarios.
Update February 2009 – Guardian Jura missing, presumed dead. Inquiries with local contacts regarding Meforae uneventful. Formation or sponsorship of dedicated Aldoustown cell under consideration.

March 2008 – Valencia Bloodline supplies notes on vampiric infestation in North America. South America and Western Europe reports to be supplied shortly. Wolencja bloodline continues to refuse information sharing regarding Eurasia.

August 2007 – Small group of unaffiliated New York City hunters (Names Guarded) reports a man (possibly a group) making ritual human sacrifices. Ritual involves ceremonial obsidian dagger, a Relic called (Guarded information) … Guardians and local cell attempt capture, but due to inexperience of unaffiliated group, target escapes with Relic, two members of hunter group are killed along with Guardian Osaka.
Addendum – Hunter group wholly unsuitable for sponsorship or recruitment. One member (Name Guarded) claims Aegis Kai Doru responsible for deaths of friends, vows vengeance.
Update September 2007 – New York investigation suggests target moved operations to Aldoustown.
Update October 2007 – Guardians Kyrie and Jura of Philadelphia cell investigate Aldoustown, cross paths with friendly Malifecarum inquisitor Baptiste (Montreal). Baptiste supplies Guardians with information, and services of two local prospects, Augustine and (Name Guarded).
Update October 2007 – Relic acquired without casualties. Ritualist left with Malifecarum hunters.

November 2006 – Networking reveals Aldoustown antique shop coming into possession of Relic (Guarded) … Guardian Sigma of Toronto cell to acquire.
Update November 2006 – Relic sold to buyer, unknown if buyer aware of nature of purchase. Sigma to perform investigation, design acquisition scenarios.
Update December 2006 – (Information Guarded) … Relic acquired.

January 2006 – New York Guardian Seventh relinquishes Relics and retires to Aldoustown. Occasional surveillance to be handled by Toronto, Philadelphia cells.
Update December 2006 – Seventh reportedly left area in October. Inquiries to be made with (Guarded).

July 2005 – Two group murders in Syracuse of intensely violent means provokes Aegis investigation. Guardian Osaka meets with area contacts, produces psychological evaluation of murders from student cell. Murders sexual in nature, but wounds not consistent with force, binding or abuse. Victims all male, often involved in criminal activity. Workup suggests intent of killer in seducing gangs to engage in group sex, and murdering them quickly with razors or similar delicate blades.
Update September 2005 – Third such murder uncovered by student cell. Students suggest similar pattern of three group slaughters occurring five years before in Wilkes-Barre. Relics do not appear involved, information passed to government contacts.
Update December 2005 – Contact in Valkyrie reports information regarding murders not reaching him. Matter unresolved.
Update December 2007 – Syracuse student group (believed to have been recruited by Vanguard) reported arriving at Aldoustown docks with possible Relic. Guardian Lauderdale attempts contact but student group will only speak to Guardian Osaka (deceased). Acquisition scenarios under review.
Update January 2008 – Confirmation student group does not possess Relic.
