Backstory
Whispering Shrike was the weapon that Tsutamu, the head Samurai Protector of the Kaijistsu Clan, used to commit Seppuku after the Kaijitsu fleet was lost. Even in death, he held his honour highly for he became the protector of the remaining treasures of the family.
It now is carried by the Elven Ranger, Theibar, a companion and protector of the last remaining Kaijitsu, Ameiko.
