Description

The youngest child of a family of bakers in Sharn, Mara lived a relatively uninteresting life until her parents sent her off to become a novice in an Abbey devoted to the Sovereign Host. She became a cleric and Knight Hospitaler for the church, running a small hospice in Sharn where anyone can come to receive food, shelter, and safety in exchange for hearing Mara’s sermons. Though such hospices are common, Mara’s had an extremely unusual success rate when it comes to conversions, and though she is not particularly highly ranked in the church hierarchy she is generally considered a quite promising young cleric.

Running a hospice that regularly provides shelter to somewhat less than savory characters, Mara is not quite as naive as she appears, and has quite a few contacts who owe her favors for giving them protection when they needed it, Victara Songsteel being one.

    • The daily power here is incredibly useful since no one else in the party is capable of healing worth a damn.

    • this one makes for really fun RP; I love the idea of throwing someone’s psychic attack back in their faces!
