The notorious and elegant proprietress of The Falcon's Nest
llendra is a woman of poise and grace. She is tall and lithe, and though often garbed in mere leather garments (a memento of her days as a ranger), her royal heritage is evinced by the way she carries her self. Illendra Has long sultry strawberry blond hair which she tends to wear partially up in a bun. She has fair skin and a handsome face with proud, regal features. Her eyes are emerald, and can stop a man dead in his tracks with but a glance. Illendra was born to Eberthul Etheborne. The one time noble made the momentous mistake of falling for the viscount of Hidroth Lea as a young woman. The love affair turned out to be an affront to the crown, which brought shame and ruin upon the Etheborne house. After being ridiculed by the town and shunned by her family, Illendra left town and took up the path of the Ranger, wandering the downs of Edigroth for nearly a decade.Little is known about the years of Illendra’s sojourn. When she finally returned to Hidroth Lea years later (much to the astonishment of all), she inherited the Inn that her father had bought a decade back with what remained of the family fortune. Illendra renamed the Inn “The Falcon’s Nest” after her animal companion. She used the notoriety of her reputation to her advantage, attracting a variety of clientele to the Inn, and rewarding their curiosity with carnal pleasures. The Falcon’s Nest soon became a thriving business, allowing her to hire on nearly a dozen other girls. In time, Illendra became a wealthy business owner and a leading member of the arriviste within town. She takes delight in the irony of her accomplishment: whereas as a young woman she lost everything due to false allegations of harlotry, by actually becoming a harlot in later life she has managed to gain a great deal back. While Illendra still bears the bitter scars of her past, she is unwilling to allow herself to be beaten. Rather, by embracing her tarnished reputation Illendra has risen to great heights, thus conquereing the demons of her past.
