Game Day
Looking forward to Game Day this weekend. I could use some escapist awesomeness right now.
Ok, I will leave this decision in everyone’s hands. It appears that our A/C Unit has decided to fail. We are having a technician come out to take a look at it. Whether it will get fixed or not is a whole nother story. So, needless to say, it may be pretty warm. We can open windows and turn on the fans, but it may be hot. Do you guys want to cancel game day this weekend? We can postpone until next weekend and then have 2 sessions in a row. Or we can just wait until the next regular session occurs. Please let me know, though, so we will know to expect you or not.
Cancelling might be fore the best. Aaron won’t be able to attend, as he got offered some last minute security work that pays cash.
Ok, Jason was able to get the A/C to once again blow cold air. It’s still not fixed, but at least we won’t die of heat exhaust. That being said, we could still have a game day. We don’t necessarily have to play the RPG. We could just hang out since Aaron won’t be here. So, come over if you guys want. Don’t if you don’t. Roy, I know you need a ride. Do you want to come over? I can pick you up after I drop Kathy off at her daddy’s house. It will be about 2:30 normal time. Just let me know. =)
Okay, I’ll message you tomorrow to reiterate, but yeah, I’m up for a game day. If for no other reason than Tessa is already gone and it’s a chance to get out of the house.
Ok, we have to cancel this Saturday. Some more house issues came up and we have to get them taken care of this weekend before they get worse. We are still on for 9/22 unless our house blows up! LOL Sorry everyone.
Just to confirm, we ARE having game day tomorrow. I will apologize in advance for our A/C Unit’s flatulence problems. We are still fighting with the warranty company trying to get it repaired. But it is cooling, just making loud noises when it first cranks up. Also, please note that our house is a bit messier than usual since I have been working long hours at Cyprexx. (In fact, I will probably be getting off work when we start game day.) And I have a request, can Jason and I get you guys to help us move our bedwall? We can’t do it by ourselves and we need to get the phone in our bedroom and a surge protector set up where the plugs just happen to be behind the annoying bedwall……so, it shouldn’t take but maybe 15 minutes if we can get you guys to help us. Anyway, see you guys tomorrow! =)

I will not be able to make it. I don’t have someone to watch Tessa this week (and am not sure I’d want them too anyway, I’m not normally keen on doing two weekends of her not at home in a row)
Okie dokie, so we know it won’t be a game day with the RPG. Let me know if anyone else is coming so we can plan food and drinks.
Ok, next game day will be 10/6/2012. If people aren’t going to come, can you please let Jason and I know. I understand that no one came because Roy said he couldn’t be there, but it would have been nice to know that no one else was coming. Jason and I could have done other needed things had we known. So, I am a lot miffed that no one bothered to respond. If the every 2 weeks thing is not working out for everyone and we want to cut back down to once a month again, that’s fine, too. Just let me know and I will re-adjust the schedule. Roy has given us a great tool for communication, but it does not seem like anyone bothers to use it except for me and Roy………….
