Male, ~30yo, slight stoop, pale skin, short dirty blond hair slicked back, brown tweed suit somewhat the worse for wear
A man of maybe thirty years. He has a slight stoop, pale skin, short dirty blond hair slicked back, and narrow eyes well-suited to reading endless tomes. He’s dressed in a brown tweed suit, somewhat the worse for wear. Charles is an antiquarian and dabbler in world events. His speaking is measured, and like everyone else’s, a bit accented; antiquated New England for folks familiar with such. He gives off an aura of reserved excitement. Charles prefers to remain on the edges of whatever is being discussed, unless it’s a matter he’s particularly informed on, at which point he will try to edge in and make some important distinction or revelation. He seems to be trying to hold this urge in check, though.
