Bio

Order of the Shield

  • The cavalier must protect the lives and prosperity of the common folk, shielding them from the deprivations of those who would seek to cause them harm or exploit them. He must give charity when it is warranted and aid when needed. He must take no action that would cause harm or hardship to those who cannot defend themselves.

  • Challenge a foe in combat as a swift action
  • 10dmg (1/lv dmg)
  • +1 dmg if target attacks someone other than Roy for 1 minute

Banner

  • All allies within 60ft (as long as banner is clearly visible)
  • +4 Saves vs Fear
  • +3 Attack rolls made as a charge

  • Swift Action
  • Grant teamwork feat to all allies within 30ft
    • Allies retain feat for 8 rounds (3+1/2lvs)

  • All allies that can see Roy
  • +2 Att and Dmg rolls

Inspiration

Order Abilities

  • Resolute
    • Whenever Roy takes dmg from melee or ranged att while wearing heavy armor
    • Can convert 3 point of lethal dmg to nonlethal dmg
    • (Starts at 1 and at 6th level and every 4 lvs after, amount of convertable dmg increases by 1)
  • Stem the Tide
    • Use a normal attack roll for the Stand Still feat

Hold the Line

  • Roy and all allies gain +2 AC when forming a defensive line
  • (forming a defensive line is when fighting defensively adjacent to each other)

Cavalier’s Charge

  • +4 to hit when charging while mounted
  • Does not suffer AC penalty after charge

Expert Trainer

  • Receive bonus to Handle Animal equal to 1/2 lv
  • Reduce time it takes to teach mount a trick by 1 day, or 1 week with a +5
  • Train more than 1 mount at once
  • Rallying Presence*
  • Roy and all allies within 30ft (10ft/Cha Bonus)
  • +1 saves vs fear spells and effects

Cry Havoc!

  • Standard Action
  • All attacks on a target specified by Roy get critical hit on 18-20 and gain +4 to confirm
  • Usable 6/day (3+ChaMod)
  • Does not provoke attacks of opportunity
