Gleneese is the nymph Ascension Queen of Evermeet. She is an extremely powerful force in the social structure of the town. Only Gleneese is supposed to make contact with the dragon Tyrexes. The rank and file of the gloom masks are drawn from Gleneese’s entorage.

It is well known that Gleneese and Tuffish are lovers.
