Heavy, brutal, serrated Orcish blades
Description
The vardatch is heavier than a normal broardsword, and harder to wield effectively, but Orcs have just the build for it, and use them to great effect.
Backstory
The Vardatch, or “cleaver”, is the signature weapon of the Orcish hordes. It is heavy-bladed and curved, with a serrated edge. The serration is actually difficult for craftsmen to achieve, but the final effect is quite intimidating, and makes tearing wounds which are slower to heal than those made by a sharp sword-blade.
