Rad Longhammer was born into the circus and grew up among acrobats, performers, magicians and animals. In his formative years, he showed a knack for feats of strength and dexterity, so he began learing from the performers. Living among the members of the circus made him tolerant of people who had alternative lifestyles. Although he never received a formal education, he learned many useful skills from the motley members of the circus. His upbringing has left him with wanderlust, and it is this feeling that has driven him to explore a life as an adventurer.
