Roxana is the owner of the Rusty Cockerel bar 'n' brothel in Aysgil. She is the very definition of happy-go-lucky, with an immense sense of fun and mischief. Matching that sense of fun is a youthful sense of invulnerability – she can't conceive of any trouble she could get herself into that she can't then extricate herself from. In fact, the difficulty involved in getting out of a situation almost increases her desire to get into it in the first place.
