Bio
Porter is a name you hear a lot. Porter Financial, Porter, Henec, and Smith legal offices, Porter international Shipping and receiving, you get the idea. And if your a Porter, one of THE Porters, then there isn’t much you could want for. Except that’s never really the case, is it? Francis Micheal Porter was never what you would call Average. On paper he was perfect, smart, wealthy, charming, but when you are surrounded by success the only thing driving him was getting out from under it. His whole life’s desire was to dwarf the accomplishments of the empire his father and grand father hand built. So many families now made a mockery of themselves to the public. But despite their influence the Porters had always been an insular family. And Frank especially saw the social degradation and media grandstanding of the Trumps and Hiltons as disgusting.

Just as his family focused on their varied businesses, Frank focused on his education and influence, keeping his name and face out of the spotlight. He made friends with others his age, whose families had pull in desired places, all in all he was a social Mercenary. This trait is very desirable among certain crowds, and the luxury and pull only sweetened the appeal of Mr. Porter as a candidate for Siring. Unfortunately for Frank, he drew the attention of two very different parties. While the Ventrue and the Toreador can be called some of the more social of the various Clans that doesn’t, for a second, make them any less deadly to those in their way.
The details of the shadow conflict were never known to Frank in any detail, but suffice to say that the offer made by Clan Ventrue was far more appealing to Mr. Porter’s tastes. He left Chicago, the staple of his family’s influence, in order to manage the family’s affairs in Cleveland, Ohio. It was a gauntlet taken up, to say the least, as the city hadn’t exactly had its best days recently. He quickly established himself as a Kindred Fixer and gatherer of favors. No honor is to great for Frank to set his eyes on, and his only real desire is to become the force he had once dreamed he’d be.
