This is a campaign set (loosely) in Mystara and will use modified versions of the Gazeteer series, Red Steel campaign setting, Hollow World, etc. as a jumping off point for adventures. The characters will start at 10th level using the rules for starting higher level game play as founf in the 4E DMG 1.
