Commander of UNIMED security forces in Fort Smith/Sanctuary
William Morrison was the Commanding Sgt. Major at Fort Chaffee before the outbreak. Many of his men were succumbed to the virus and the base fell fairly early, as it was undermanned and the US Army was using conventional tactics against this new, unconventional foe. Morrison and most of his surviving men made their way to nearby Fort Smith, Arkansas where they helped secure the UNIMED compound as the pharmaceutical giant established the Sanctuary Secure Zone around their headquarters. Commander Morrison is the commander of the security forces at Sanctuary.
