Sophia Ruiz and her twin sister Santana are two of Marcus Durangel’s enforcers. Originally from Aztlan, they moved to New Orleans for better job opportunities in the Shadowrunning world. They eventually met Durangel, who brought them into his initiatory group and helped them further develop their adept abilities.

Aioda SiSyntax, Emma Cromwell, Jason West and Sable captured Santana and Sophia alive during a showdown with Durangel beneath the Medical District.
