Backstory
Once the symbol of order, glory, and dominion on the world of Pyurultide, The Tyrant’s Cord is form by jagged, misshapen links of different metals, and vears many hooks for fastening to the flesh of the bearer. When fastened to the flesh of the bearer, it confers both personal protection and an aura of command and awe.
