Ruthless, hard, and self-centered; great to share enemies with, but you don't want to get between Flynn and what he really desires.

Flynn grew up always dreaming of a more fantastic life; a life different than his hard, cold existence on the streets of Chicago. He learned quickly as a young man that when someone won’t listen to reason, they’ll listen to violence. And if a punch is a whisper, Flynn loves to pontificate.
Flynn made himself known quickly as a back alley brawler and pit fighter, as well as having the ability to think ahead and anticipate opponents’ movements, earning him a well paying job as a bodyguard to the rich and famous. The veil was drawn back for Flynn when a young vampire attempted to assassinate his mark, a wealthy businessman with ties to the supernatural. Flynn being hired for his violent nature was encouraged to do what he does best, and found that beating a supernatural being to oblivion was an experience to be savored and, later, potentially cultivated.
The savage beating he gave left Flynn with a large scar on his arm, and a rapturous smile on his face. His apparent joy and ability in this instance drew the attention of members of Ashwood Abbey, who began courting him as a member, with promises of fulfilling his innermost desires, as well as discovering ones yet to be found…
Flynn’s family is mother, Eleanor, an alcoholic and addict in Chicago, being taken care of by his little sister, Connie. His father, John, has not been in his life since he was 8 years old. Whereabouts unknown.
