His Eminence and Benevolent Grace, Lord Rex Mundi, has held positions of power since his birth in 1103 ACE. He was born into Royalty and groomed by his family to become a powerful clergyman. He was the youngest Cardinal ever to grace the halls of Barcelona, drawing the eye of both the Lasombra and Ventrue clans. He has “died” and taken on a new persona several hundred times over the years to climb the ranks of the Catholic Church time and again. He recently left San Diego to vie for the position of Prince of San Francisco after the sudden disappearance of Prince Julian Luna.
