No one really knows is Guthrie “does” anything. He sits in The Park all day, playing his guitar. He has the case open and will happily accept donations. He has a warm smile that welcomes people to listen to his song. There is usually at least 4 people gathered around to listen.

Most of the time a little golden sparrow named Oriole sits at the top of the guitar and some times sings along.
