Rose Gardner came to Byron Falls in the late 60’s. She had a dream and she wanted to follow it. No one really knows where Rose is originally from but there are many of story of how she came to Byron Falls. You see, Rose was a Flower Child of the era at that time, in her early 30’s and filled with dreams and ambitions, she wanted nothing more then to bring love and peace to the little town and wanted to do so through flowers, so she opened Bouquet Boutique
