A Nevydian king who forged the Nevydian Empire by conquering a vast expanse of territory in one winter one thousand years ago, earning him the title “The Winter King.”

He was in league with a powerful Fey lord called the Prince of Frost, who happened to be an enemy of the Raven Queen. She cursed the Winter King by making everything he touched freeze over. When the Winter King asked the Prince of Frost to help him lift the curse, the Prince of Frost betrayed him and froze him and his minions in their mountaintop fortress.

He was killed by the adventurers in the year 1236 after he mastered his curse and threatened to usher in a new reign of tyranny.
