Chief Detective Luther Harden
He's 44, hard-boiled, erascible, and present on the scene of almost every noteworthing crime in Arkham.
Description
Detective Harden is bulldog of a man who stands just over six feet tall. He is solid and good-sized, with a thick mustache and sometimes a 5 o’clock shadow. He usually smokes large, Cuban cigars. When he’s not smoking them, he’s chewing on the end of one, readying it for a smoke.
Bio
Harden has been chief detective for 23 years. He was a beat cop in Arkham before that and knows the city and people.
