The Deception and Infiltrator feats come from planewalker.com’s Planescape Campaign Setting Chapter 3. Deception makes Bluff a class skill for Jazra in all classes.
Jazra is a young tiefling, small and lithe, with frazzled dark hair which always smells faintly of ashes. Her dark eyes smolder like dying embers, with a dark red gem between them. She has four digits on each hand, and a thin tail, covered with iridescent scales.
Jazra was born at Vander’s, a tavern in Sigil’s Lower Ward. She joined a street gang to rebel against her Bleaker parents, and learned magic from Bronwyn, a prime wizard who was scragged by Fritzan Ringhammer for a crime she didn’t commit. Jazra turned her knowledge of the Cage’s streets into a career as a tout, joining the Free League.
Jazra’s parents (who never married) are both Bleakers. Her sister, Zeeva, is a Sensate and Abyssal cultist. Her brother Dorian became a Dustman.
Our heroes learned that Jazra belongs to the Revolutionary League.
Jazra knows the value of information, and isn’t above pretending to be irresponsible and harmless to draw it out. (This isn’t too much of a stretch, as she does have strong hedonistic tendencies.) She’s suspicious and self-reliant, which wins her few friends, but she’s loyal to those she does have, such as Hexla and Lissandra.
Our heroes asked Jazra to show the drow assassin Xillian around the Cage. She feels herself drawn to the dark elf in spite of his dangerous nature – or, perhaps, because of it.
