A grandson of Mnemon, Solintis has had most of his life decided long before he reached the age to make his own decisions, but rather than chafe under this yoke, he has thrived. He served as a competent commander and used this as the basis for expanding his own influence to benefit his family, having discovered that their prosperity insures his own and that of future generations. He holds the continuation of the Dragon Blooded through their offspring as their greatest advantage, preventing the decadence that consumed the hated Anathema. To this end he has set forth to find the best possible match for his daughter, Artilie.
His quest to see her married has lead him to seek the highest breeding he can find, to guarantee his own bloodline remains strong well into the future. In aspirations of drawing a high ranking member of House Ragara into a marriage, he and Artilie have accompanied them out to establish new banks across the inner sea, guaranteeing future income to both houses.
