Old Stoyanka is the wise woman of Sothmere. She is an apostate with Chasind blood in her veins. Her
advanced age and the remoteness of Sothmere have left her unmolested by the Templars, who have more challenging pursuits than to track down a bent, half-crazed old woman whose “magical charms” are usually just herbal remedies. Old Stoyanka has a harsh, grating voice and is a bit hard of hearing.
