Bio

Mukesh von Brandt was born in the City-State of Lexcarius, located in the Demon Fang Mountains. Lexcarius was a renowned center of learning in the world with ancient libraries, it was also the center of Sorcery. The Von Brandt Family were the founders and protectors of this small nation, ruling the city-state for many centuries. It was rumored the family owned a secret library within its estate which contained the darkest and most dangerous lore collected by Man. This rumor led to many a marauder, demon, and others to attempt to take the city and gain its knowledge, but the Iron Gates which protected the only pass through the mountains never fell.

Mukesh was named after an ancestor who fought one such war and slew a demon called Muka. It had been decades since such a conflict had taken pace though, and Lexcarius had flourished in the peaceful times. As the second born son of the family Mukesh was taught the arcane ways of sorcery by his uncle, while his elder brother learned the ways of statecraft from his father. Mukesh was a quick study, and possessed a natural talent for his arts, quickly rising to the rank of Court Sorcerer of Lexcarius.
