Originally a native of New York City, Mercutio has been Julian Luna’s ghoul longer than anyone can remember. For all intents and purposes, he is Seneschal of Elysium, and handles most of the daily affairs of running the Luna Compound. He speaks with a thick New York accent and refers to kindred as “you types.”
