Bio

 While he was still young, Jeb’s parents decided that they had no prospects where they were and it was time to head west. Unfortunately the path they chose was one that was home to a group of opportunistic bandits, who when presented with a poorly defended wagon, thought little of murdering the occupants and taking their possesions.

Jeb managed to avoid sharing his parents fate, but was left to fend for himself in the wilderness. He survived for several weeks on his own, but fortune smiled on him when he was found by the mountain man known as Bear. Bear looked after Jeb for the next 12 years, teaching him how to survive in the mountains, how to hunt and how to prepare the animal hides for use. 12 years after their first meeting, Bear passed away during a particularly bitter winter, leaving Jeb to fend for himself.
