Lilane is an impressionable youth that had lived under the stern rules imposed by the great wizard Felix ir’Lemna. When the opportunity to leave to Sharn to conduct a business deal for Felix arose, Lilane jumped at the chance. After years of study in dark towers and little chance to socialize with other youths, Lilane was totally overcome by the Chaos that was Sharn. She loved the city with a ferocious passion. The constant ebb and flow of people was exciting. There was a constant motion to the city. After taking a couple days to survey the city, Lilane approached the group as they inspected the construction of their new tavern. She was sent by Felix to assist in a couple collections of illicit substances that Felix would need for his studies.

As Lilane spent more time with the group she started to change. After witnessing several horrible and depraved acts from the band of unsavory characters that she was following, Lilane made a decision to not return to the droll existance that was waiting for her in Arcanix. She had tasted intrigue, (not to mention Lily, Agony, and Strong Drink) and the hunger for more would not be satiated.

As Lilane’s addiction to Agony has become worse she has started to show signs of cracking. It started with visions of strange beasts that haunted the few hours of sleep she got. The waking visions and voices came soon after. She was becoming something horrible. The group began to question what was going on with her. They seemed content to allow it to happen though, so long as she seemed to be on their side.

A recent encounter with a very powerful Rakshasa Sorceress, left Lilane more fractured than ever. She is now holding inside her person, the essence of 2 powerful Daelkyr that are vying for some unknown source of vast power. Lilane exists somewhere in the conglomeration of entities that she has become, but there is no assurance of how long she can remain.

Her frenzied antics, frequent mood swings, and psychotic episodes have led the group to reevaluate the cost/benefit ratio that Lilane brings to their business endeavors.
