Description

Shah Riszaz is an elder of the House Xenisz, as well as the oldest member of the Chamber of Seven. He is almost skeletal, but moves with graces of someone quarter his age. He is self-serving and artful, but manages to seem impartial, even though most of his decisions as Lord Magistrate benefit his house in some way.
