• The Lord of Pendleton Manor, and owner of the slave mines by which the Pendleton family (a founding family of Dunwall) made their fortune. Rumor has it the depleted state of the Pendleton mines and fortune will necessitate him having to borrow for money from his cousins.
• Renowned at the local brothels for his unusual requests it’s whispered that he takes cruel pleasure in others’ discomfort. It is more than possible that these requests are sadistic in nature.
• Morgan has one of the keenest minds for business in all of Gristol and is considered one of the smartest and the cruelest members of the Council.
