Three Things

• Morris is a sadistic mute who lives in the basement of Dunwall Tower with his pet wolfhound. He keeps several corpses in his chambers and can be seen at times repeatedly beating them.
• Few know that he secretly worships the Outsider and longs to be inducted into the Ministry of the Outsider, though he’s never been visited or touched by the Outsider.
• His favorite means of interrogation involved burning the soles of his suspect’s feet with hot irons.
