He does most of his deals in the corporate sector, he likes to take advantage of the “inherent tranquility” of the area to put his customers at ease. He has other venues as well. He keeps feelers out for the next thing, givind a dividend to some of his peeps. Sam Shephard has put him in touch with good customers from time to time. Leroy knows Schock as well and sells through him.
