In the Player’s guide (page 239 paragraph titled “Minimum Talent Requirements”), it says that to advance to the next circle you need to have ALL Discipline Talents up to at least the circle you are advancing to (So in my case all my Discipline Talents should be lvl 3 or higher). You’ve mentioned that we just need a certain number of Talents (any variety) up to that level. Is this a house rule? Just wondering as I ponder LP spending.
