I say we just play after the Elders Quorum activity on friday.

So, my wife was telling me I may not have been too clear on my intentions for where we are with the game so I will try to do so now –

Originally I had hoped to get to the current adventure goal through 1-2 last games that were set to occur in October and then go on break until next year. Due to birthdays and other events, those 1-2 games had to be cancelled and we tried to get that wrapped up this last Saturday.

I know that not TOO much happened this last game, but enough happened to leave things in suspense. Player knowledge is that Eramos has died, learning the only way to escape the mist around the village is to defeat the Horror that is lurking in the kaer in combat. Unfortunately that knowledge was not exactly passed on to any other player since no one was witness to this knowledge prior to his death.

The rest of the group has been captured and is in a room, licking their wounds and not attempting to get out just yet even though your weapons and armor are all piled up in the room with you and no guards are outside. Gerneck was able to determine through magical means that there are 16 undead within 30 yards of your location.

With where things are at and in light of Mark’s finals, I’m going to make an executive decision and postpone our next session until Saturday, January 14th. Mark, you are a great addition to the party and group so I hope maybe your schedule might change for you to play again when we start back up. If it helps, we will make sure to play only every other week and not try to cram in two game sessions in a row even if it means we can’t play for 4 weeks.

With this being the case, this would mean the next few gaming sessions would be as follows –

Regardless of whether Mark says he thinks he can or not, I’m postponing until 1/14. I hope there’s enough suspense to keep you guys interested in coming back at that time and that things aren’t too crazy for Jon with a new baby J.

As for this weekend, those who can get together after the Elder’s Quorum Activity – let’s get together and play a board game and/or some Magic. I won’t be able to go as late as last time since I’m supposed to be going Paragliding in the morning.
