Welcome to Eidolon

Eidolon is the name of both a Dungeons & Dragons 4E campaign and the city that serves as its original setting. This is a game of urban intrigue and cold war politics in the broken and divided city that, if legend is to believed, entombs and imprisons the first gods. These are the superweapons of this time, the nuclear bombs of this new age of magical innovation and nervous detente. Agents and spies vie with crimelords and aristocrats. Ruin explorers match wits against eschaton cults. Nations jockey and negotiate over scholars and artificers in the race to be the first to control one of the dead gods. And through it all, the people of Eidolon just try to survive in the shattered streets of their once fair city, now inhabited by homeless veterans and newborn demigods.
