Vu Jaggotta is the leader of the Rising Flames, a Swoop Gang. He makes frequent holos of himself and his gang doing stunts, vandalizing public places, and staging protests. He is a self-described anarchist and has a small but loyal following. As an anarchist, however, it is unlikely that he will create any sort of large organization or movement.
