Welcome to the world of Rokugan. I am designing this campaign for people unfamiliar with the setting. The premise is to be a series of tournaments and competitions involving an overarching political agenda. I will be starting with the Topaz Championship and branching out from there. There are several festivals throughout the Rokugani calendar that are available for tournaments as well as several locations. Within that context I have a few ideas for competitions.
