Becoming the Man
Ankrauser like that of any Riovanes uphold old traditions. A man with honor and principles is a Riovanes. Aside from honor, vengeance is another key to the family. Vengeance is needed to uphold any wrong doings towards their family’s name. At the young age, he was given the role to take up arms. Though his first practice was in the art of investigation, he was not able to pursue this career in his early years, due to the fact of duty and being assigned to be part of their house cavalier. Passing military training with flying colors, he assumed second command over house Riovanes cavalier unit. After this, he still pursued his own career as an ivestigator for their house. He became the house’s military detective. Assigned to investigate and track down any figures who tries any hostility towards their house.

Family Ties
Ankrauser is a noble of House Riovanes. Third son of Monette Riovanes and Cidolfus Riovanes. The house of Riovanes upholds tradition. That being said, any people who resides by the name has a code of honor. Also the house of Riovanes is sworn under the House of Baratheon which in terms of lineage or blood, the house of Riovanes is a distant cousin. Although the cousins dont often see each other, they remain close, just like brothers. When Lord Baratheon assumed the throne, he called upon Ankrauser to be a noble for his house, whom he knows what his cousin is capable of..

The Present
Arising from a terrible nightmare, Ankrauser could just soak what a terrible dilemma it was to have the same dream over and over. Though matters aside, he had received a letter from the king himself. It was a direct order to Ankrauser to march to Blackhaven and meet up with his cousin Resper Baratheon. Arriving two days ahead of Lord Baratheon his cousin, he was stopped from entering the town itself. The guard who was stationed at patrolling the outer area escorts Ankrauser to their main camp. Having a talk with the keeper of Black Haven, Lord Garth Black, it would seem that they left the town in a desperate attempt to get away from a plague of some sort that drives people mad. Shortly after, Resper Baratheon arrives to the scene. After seeing one another the cousins rejoiced and exchanged respects and brotherly love. Twas a long time they have seen each other and now it was a dire situation on keeping the so called “Glowing Fear” to spread through the entire kingdom. Though before actions could have been taken, a messenger arrives, saying that Lord Black’s son has fallen. After an hours grieving and paying respects, Resper Baratheon decides on planning a strategic infiltration in Blackhaven. With the help of Ankrauser’s knowledge, a battle plan had been formed and that Resper was in agreement. Though with trivial insubordinations, the plan was delayed to be executed the following day.
