A jovial dwarf, Oakenshield runs the general store in Harper’s Ford. He sells a little bit of everything and has a small stock of specialty items he’s willing to part with at a premium. He offers credit and script for trade with other merchants in town. He’s also the local representative of the Ironstone Bank.
