Effect: You can move instantaneously from one point in space to another, without physically crossing the space in between. The range of your Teleportation power de termines how far you can teleport. The Mass of the Power determines how much mass you can take with you. With the Attacks quality, you can teleport into the same space as a target, as your bodies force each other apart and back to normal, the trauma causes width in Shock and Killing damage, and reduces the target’s die pool by the width of the attack roll. This does cause you to sustain a point of Shock to your Head location. In order to use this power you have to “bid” a point of Willpower. If the power does not activate this point is lost, if it successfully activates you keep the point. With the defends quality, you can “blink” to the furthest extent of your ability, but only every other round, and this causes you to sustain a point of Shock to your Head location. Whenever the power activates you always teleport With the Useful quality you can teleport to any location within your range, assuming you have seen it before.
