Adventure begins at home

Nestled in the foothills of the Kakolist mountains on the edge of the mysterious Feywood, the town of Kassen enjoys a peaceful existence on the frontier.

One year ago the Orc warlord Trusk attempted to take the town as his own, in response the town defended itself and in the process heroes were born:
Kir’ran Vardigan who gathered her outcast family together and combined their arcane power to defend the town. Narciso who scouted ahead and harried the enemy, reducing their force and even rescuing his mentor from their clutches. Olach Ironhame who fought against his blood and waded into the enemy ranks, using the rage of his heritage and the techniques taught to him by his adoptive father to take down one of Trusk’s more powerful Shamans. And Seig Uptal who forged ahead with his allies and slew the brute Trusk, the lone survivor who returned triumphant with the warlord’s axe.

In recognition of their actions, the Mayor and elder’s of the town have honored these youths by giving them the sacred duty of retrieving the sacred Everflame from the crypt of the town’s founder.
Setting out upon the road, these four youths take their first steps on a path to adventure…
