Bio

Weng Chiang is the proprietor of a small construction business in the main city of the campaign region. He grew up in the business, and is fairly skilled in masonry and carpentry (the sort used in construction). As a result of a life of heavy labor, he is powerfully built and slow to tire. Weng is fairly unremarkable in his intellect or appearance, except for his unusual golden-yellow eyes. He has a small team of men who work for him, and the normal family and business connections around town. Weng is single, and it is not known if he has his eye on anyone special. He is certainly at an age and position to marry.

It is known in the neighborhood that Weng spent a few years in his youth running with a tough crowd- local street gang boys. He knows how to hold his own in a fight, but has left that sort of thing behind.
