Bio

Ruby Bloome was born the youngest daughter of a somewhat successful trade merchant in Azure, of the Coral Archipelago. Her father and mother are typical people- wealthy enough that they may avoid dressing in drabs, and keep her mother from the market. Ruby grew up near the docks, and was there more often then her family knew. Ruby was entranced by the Tya, and hungered after their freedom. She was nineteen, and was being pressed by her father into marriage, when she saw her opportunity and ran off into the night. The Tya accepted her, after she said her vows, and drank their concoctions. Soon after, during her first raid, Ruby exalted.
