Description
Ced was the loud, boisterous voice of his own personal “gang.” Drunk, easily angered, and quick to violence, his life in back ally had a definite effect on him. Lean, with beady eyes, a sharp nose, and thick brow, he’s a mean tempered individual with a sarcastic streak.
Bio
Ced’s not been seen since the Battle of Back alley, where it was heard that he was fighting with the Bloodscales to defend it from the other guilds. While he was a constant face at the Broken Chalice before it was destroyed, few seem to miss his aggravating and grating personality.
