Richard Harrington is a Changeling Lawyer whose father was a Winter Court Sidhe High Lord. He has been fighting making “the choice”, but he has been drawing on his heritage to be the best lawyer in the state that money can buy. When it comes to negotiations and contracts, he is THE best. He is fairly young to be as successful as he is, and as such, many people question his legitimacy.

Richard Harrington has been on retainer for the Balboa family for the past five years. While he can be hired by other parties, the Balboa family is his primary focus and concern.
