Little is known of this mysterious servant of the Church of the Light prior to his arrival in Farhold (allegedly on a divinely ordained mission) five years hence. Madoc’s face is forever hidden behind a metal mask; when asked about it, his only explanation is that it serves “to mask his sin.” When Madoc converses with others (which is rarely), he speaks almost completely in cryptic, riddle-like statements in a very soft voice, barely above a whisper.
