Description

Haegrom the Drowned One is a crafting oriented water elemental summoned up by Ledaal Ariko to assist in enchanting the costumes for the Student Council’s performance at the Founder’s Festival. He was recommended by Peleps Hix, and is a cantankerous and demanding bugger, but truly loves his craft. He prefers sacrifices of small animals by drowning, for reasons not properly understood.

Physically, the elemental’s preferred form is that of a dark blue Budda-like fat man, no taller than a foot when standing.
