Toussaint was found hiding out in a safehouse arranged by Natalie Bumppo. Toussaint seems to have escaped from imprisonment somewhere deep in the woods, having been led there as a child by Miranda.

There is something which looks exactly like Toussaint living in his old address and using the name Toussaint Lamoure, like a doppleganger. The hunters broke into Toussaint’s house to find Toussaint shouting at Rob Eugenides, the partner who had been living with the doppelganger at the address for several years.
